Flexidoor swingdoors prevents heat loss, reduces draught and also the noise level.
The construction consists of tubular steel framework with triangle gusset plate for additional strength. The construction is shot blasted and coated in a grey primer paint finish (2 coats). The upper pivots complete with sealed bearings. The total weight of the door tests on the lower pivot. Standard construction in hot galvanized, but can also be delivered in stainless steel.
The doors are self closing by means of torsion spring units which are located in the upper part of the vertical tube construction. The spring units are maintenance free and adjustment of spring tension is easily carried out.
The panels are manufactured of pressed PVC sheets with fabric reinforcement (to give additional strength against tearing). Sightstrip of transparent PVC, width 500 mm, as standard. Can also be delivered with windows. The panels are available in a transparent PVC as well as in 5 different colours and in rubber. The panels in transparent PVC and in rubber are also available in cold resistant quality.
Wear pads, normally 500×700 mm and 700×1000 mm.
The Flexidoor swingdoors can be manufactured in sizes up to 6 × 6 metres.
The doors can be fitted with electric or pneumatic activators.
Flexidoor swingdoors are manufactured in accordance with ISO-9001.
The normal way is installation in the door opening with an opening angle of 90º in both ways. 6 other installation alternatives are available.
