Material:1,5 mm coldrolled steelplate.
Planlevelled and stress-free.
Insulation:Mineral wool
Thickness:55 mm

Frame:

Material: 2 mm profilepressed steelplate.

Fittings:

The doorblade is suspended on easy running roller with SKF-ball bearing.
The handle is recessed on the inside and not recessed on the outside.
Hook rabbet on the sides and on the top edge results in a firesealing between the doorblade and the frame.

Surface treatment:

Painted with an anti-corrosive primer.
Can also be manufactured in zinc-plated, in stainless steel quality 2333 and in acid-proof quality 2348.
